日本のビデオ#2
I watched a video that covered the experience of eating at Ichiran Ramen. I know that this is a very popular restaurant all over Japan, and I have received souvenirs from the restaurant as gifts. I was very impressed with the efficiency and technology in the video. I feel that many American restaurants require a lot of human interaction, while at Ichiran, you could use small wooden signs to communicate. This seems to be a great example of modern Japanese culture where convenience is highly valued.
I loved eating at Ichiran Ramen when I was in Japan! とてもおいしかったです。I never realized how convenient the restaurant was until I read your blog post. I definitely think it's convenient how the place requires little communication while American restaurants typically require more human interaction.
